Swapcard is an event management and networking platform that enables organizers to plan and execute virtual, hybrid and physical events. The platform offers features such as attendee registration, networking tools, appointment scheduling, real-time interaction, exhibitor and sponsor management, and detailed analytics and reports.

Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH (HMC) has chosen Swapcard as its networking platform. This partnership enables HMC to digitally expand its events and provide a seamless and interactive experience for its exhibitors and visitors. By using Swapcard, HMC can integrate both physical and virtual elements into its trade fairs and congresses, increasing the reach and added value of its events.

After the event, the data will be available and can be downloaded until the end of October.

How to update your company profile

You can update your company logo, description, product information, brands, and other relevant details about your company.

The information is synchronized daily. Changes made in the Neureuter Fair Media Shop will be reflected on the Networking Platform within 24 hours.

No, all updates must be made through the Neureuter Fair Media Shop. The Networking Platform automatically imports this data.

It's crucial for maximizing your visibility to potential customers and partners. An updated profile enhances your chances of attracting relevant business connections.

Yes, you can add and update information about your products and services in the Neureuter Fair Media Shop.

To add your company logo, you need to have either booked it as an individual entry or have a Basic package or higher. If you meet this requirement, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Online Service Center (OSC).

2. Click on "Book services".

3. Select "Online-Shop for Media".

4. Click on "Media Entries".

5. Click on "Exhibitor, logo & brand presentation".

6. Click on the pencil icon to edit your company logo.

 

Ensure your logo meets the specified file format and size requirements. If you haven't booked a package that includes logo display, you'll need to upgrade your package or book it as an individual entry before you can upload your logo.

Team members are added separately through the Exhibitor Center on the Networking Platform, not through the Neureuter Fair Media Shop.

Typically, JPG or PNG formats are accepted for images. For specific file requirements, please check the guidelines in the Neureuter Fair Media Shop.

Yes, you can preview your profile on the Networking Platform after the daily synchronization has occurred.

A complete and up-to-date profile improves your visibility in search results. Use relevant keywords in your description to enhance searchability.
