Log in to the Networking Platform entering the e-mail address that was assigned to your ticket in the ticket shop or via the Magic Link that you received by e-mail after purchasing your ticket. Now create a password and you’re ready to go.

Digital company profile
All exhibitors receive their own company profile in the networking platform, which is automatically filled out with the information you provided when registering. They will also be displayed on the virtual hall plan, making it even easier for visitors to find their way to your trade fair stand.

Are there any costs for using the app or networking platform before, during or after the trade fair?
No, the networking platform is completely free for all participants at SMM Hamburg 2024 and can be used free of charge until the end of October.
The language version of the app depends on the operating system setting. The languages English and German are currently available.

The platform offers features such as attendee registration, networking tools, appointment scheduling, real-time interaction, exhibitor and sponsor management, and detailed analytics and reports.
Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH (HMC) has chosen Swapcard as its networking platform. This partnership enables HMC to digitally expand its events and provide a seamless and interactive experience for its exhibitors and visitors. By using Swapcard, HMC can integrate both physical and virtual elements into its trade fairs and congresses, increasing the reach and added value of its events.
